Our AI-driven products help pharma companies optimize their operations, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.


Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with development teams and clients. This role requires 3-4 years of experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user stories, use cases, and system specifications.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to improve business processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including internal development teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing systems and processes through data analysis and process optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Analytics or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and Python programming is a critical requirement.
  • Experience with Tableau, analytical dashboards, and Power BI is a plus.

Skillsets Required

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with developers and other technical teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Proficient in product testing, writing test cases and analyzing the effectiveness of features developed per requirements
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and creating user-friendly materials.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
