You’ll work closely with recruiters and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions for US enterprise and government clients.Key Responsibilities✔ Resume & document formatting as per client standards✔ Proofreading & quality checks (Grammar, consistency, accuracy)✔ Maintaining submission trackers in MS Excel✔ Supporting submissions via VMS/MSP portals✔ Creating & updating templates and documentation✔ Coordinating with recruiters for timely deliveriesRequired Skills• Strong written & verbal communication• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel (mandatory)• Excellent attention to detail• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines• Team-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, HR, or related field• Internship or up to 2 years of experience in documentation/content writing/technical writing• Basic understanding of recruitment documentation (optional)What We Offer✨ Fixed salary with PF benefits✨ Night shift cab facility✨ Medical insurance✨ Structured training & learning support✨ Supportive & professional work cultureInterested?
