Social Media & BrandingManage LinkedIn profiles of founders and the firmPost 3–4 high-quality updates (firm updates, client stories, thought leadership)Create carousels, presentations using Canva & ChatGPT2. Sales OutreachResearch & connect with potential clients (especially MNCs & CPAs)Send personalized DMs, emails, and follow-upsBook discovery calls for the founding teamMaintain CRM and lead tracker3.
