Salary Range – 6 Lacs to 10 Lacs + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to oversee the recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring Datamatics attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This individual will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing the recruitment team, and collaborating with department heads to fulfil staffing needs. The ideal candidate should come with strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, team development and a commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with recruitment in Non-IT roles Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering , O&G, Power, FMCG, Building Material will be preferred.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices in hiring.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage and improve the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and social media channels to maximize reach and attract top talent.
Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve high levels of performance and professional growth.
Set recruitment KPIs and monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Cultivate a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work with the team to ensure timely communication, clear expectations, and a seamless hiring journey.
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Implement policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiter, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
