Lohono Stays by Isprava has been created to craft contemporary, luxury vacations for discerning

travelers which offers high-end luxury homestays across holiday destinations in India and South-East Asia.


Designation: Assistant Manager Company Secretary


Location: Parel, Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration of Limited Liability Partnerships
  • Co-ordination in effectively conducting Board, shareholders and committee meetings.
  • Drafting of notices, agendas, minutes etc.
  • Incorporation of Private Limited Companies
  • Assistance on Liquidation/Winding Up/Striking Off
  • Assignments involving capital raising / investment by NRI/Non-Residents, RBI FEMA compliances.
  • Assisting on drafting of various agreements involving but not limited to Limited Liability Partnership Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Service agreements etc.
  • Handling all compliances activities connected to dematerialized shares or filing of corporate actions with NSDL / CDSL
  • Co-ordinating with Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company


Key Requirements:

  • B.Com / B.A.F / B.B.I / B.M.S or equivalent with Company Secretary degree
  • L.L.B, preferred
  • Qualified Company Secretary with experience of 1 - 4 years working with a Practicing Company Secretary or any organization.


Skill requirements:

  • Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and related provisions.
  • Good communication skills
  • Well-presented, polite and tactful
  • Keen on learning
  • Good organizational skills
  • The ability to anticipate job needs and direction quickly and multitasking.
  • Ability to maintain a budget
