Refurbishment and Rental Management for luxury holiday homes curated from an exclusive list of home owners.


Position: Design Manager (MEP)

Job Location: Mumbai


Qualification & Experience – B.E. in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) with 8-12 Years of relevant experience in the MEP Industry.


Role Summary:

This resource would be responsible for Delivery of MEP Design Packages, Coordination with various Construction Design team and Contract team of MEP Works, Strategic Initiatives, Process Compliance.


MEP Design

● Coordination with Various Design Functions Such as Architects, Interior Designers Structural Designers, etc.

● Preparing Conceptual MEP Drawings sets with Residential Codes such as NBC and IS Codes.

● Experienced in with Residential projects.

● Preparation of Tender Drawings and GFC drawings sets.

● Finalising and Checking BOQs (Quantity and Specifications).

● Well versed with Plumbing, Fire, HVAC, and Electrical Drawing Package.

● Well versed with AutoCAD design tools. Revit is an added advantage.

● Electrical Calculations for Load estimation and Fault calculation

● Well versed with calculations for Plumbing, Fire and HVAC system in residential projects.

● Knowledge of Latest Engineering Trends and Value Engineering initiatives and

● Knowledge of MEP SOPs, Work Method Statements

● Well-versed with best practices in Quality and safety.


Cross Functional Coordination

● Co-ordination with Regional Teams and other functions viz., Design, Engineering, Planning, Costing / Budgeting, Legal, Finance

● Tracking Variations in Designs and Budget Analysis.

● RFI resolution dispute resolution

● Do Site Visits whenever required.


Skills

● Proficient in Excel and latest MS Office suites

● Proficient with AutoCAD and various Engineering Calculations tools

● Proficient in Communication (verbal and written)

● Well Organized and Time Management Skills.

● Problem Solving and Collaborative Working
