Identify and Develop Opportunities: Target and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor & electronic chemicals market.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including semiconductor & electronics component manufacturers & end-users.
Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and market needs to position the company’s products effectively, creating tailored solutions for customers.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration.
Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, to closing deals.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Customer Support: Provide technical and application expertise related to semiconductor & electronic chemicals to support clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, technical support, and customer service teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer demands and ensure timely product delivery. Managing projects related to new /products in plant Experience in handling cross-functional teams of R&D, Production, QA, Supply Chain to meet customer deadlines and targets
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market trends to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (10+ years) in business development or sales in the semiconductor & electronic chemicals, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of semiconductor & electronic manufacturing processes and the role of chemicals in the production process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales forecasting tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support business development efforts.
