Position: - Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience: - 3 to 8 Years Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to hiring in Design & Engineering environments and demonstrate expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles across Design & Engineering functions. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, project requirements, and skill gaps. Source and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry-specific channels. Conduct HR screening and evaluate candidates’ experience, technical relevance, and organizational fit. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and feedback follow-ups. Drive offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and smooth onboarding coordination. Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closure efficiency, and offer acceptance ratio. Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation standards, and data accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience , preferably in a Design & Engineering / EPC / Architecture / Infrastructure consulting firm . Strong understanding of technical engineering roles and industry-specific hiring needs. Proven track record of closing niche and mid-senior technical positions. Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to multitask, manage hiring volumes, and work in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with good reporting and coordination skills.
