Job Title:Talent Acquisition SpecialistRole Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in high-volume and diverse industry mandates.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Screening: Source candidates across various domains and skill sets using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate technical, functional, and behavioral fit.Candidate Management: Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate and updated data in the recruitment CRM or ATS.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.Client Support: Gather, document, and communicate timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain transparency. Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies and confidentiality standards.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/BTech), Computer Applications (MCA), or Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.Required Experience: 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.High-Volume Hiring: Proven experience handling high-volume hiring and diverse industry mandates.Sourcing Tools: Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Organizational Skills: Proficiency in using recruitment CRM/ATS software for pipeline and database management.Preferred Qualifications:IT and Non-IT Recruitment: Experience recruiting across IT and non-IT domains.Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
