We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer (React) with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role demands deep expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems, with a focus on performance optimization, responsive UI/UX, and seamless integration with backend systems.
Lead the end-to-end development of responsive, scalable web applications using React.js
Optimize performance for large-scale apps (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and CI/CD practices
Required Skills & Experience
~8–10+ years of professional frontend development experience
~5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
~ Performance tuning for large-scale React applications
~ Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets
~ Strong debugging and profiling skills (React DevTools, Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)
Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization
Knowledge of TypeScript and strongly typed application development
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Understanding of micro-frontends, design systems, or component libraries
Contributions to open-source React projects or frontend communities
