Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer (React) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior Employer of Record: Janaa Consulting Services About the Role We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer (React) with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role demands deep expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems, with a focus on performance optimization, responsive UI/UX, and seamless integration with backend systems. As a senior engineer, you’ll drive architecture and best practices, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of responsive, scalable web applications using React.js Architect and implement reusable components, hooks, and state management solutions Optimize performance for large-scale apps (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies) Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces Integrate RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and third-party services Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and responsive design principles Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and guide junior engineers Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and CI/CD practices Required Skills & Experience 8–10+ years of professional frontend development experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), and modern Java Script (ES6+) Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks Performance tuning for large-scale React applications Experience with REST APIs, Graph QL, and Web Sockets Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) Strong debugging and profiling skills (React Dev Tools, Lighthouse, Chrome Dev Tools) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization Knowledge of Type Script and strongly typed application development Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Understanding of micro-frontends, design systems, or component libraries Contributions to open-source React projects or frontend communities About Janaa (EOR) This role is offered through Janaa Consulting Services , a trusted Employer of Record (EOR).
