This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets without the need for face-to-face interactions.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions and drive sales.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.CRM Maintenance: Update and manage customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate records of interactions and sales activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers and convey product information.Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to handle multiple customer accounts and sales activities.
