Job Description : We are looking for a highly-skilled Webflow Developer and Design to lead our website and digital marketing design efforts.

You’ll own the end-to-end design process for web development using Webflow and create performance-driven marketing assets that fuel growth.

This is a critical role for someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical expertise to create high-converting, user-friendly digital experiences.

We need a results-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities : Design, build, and optimize responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow , ensuring seamless functionality across devices.

Create visually compelling marketing assets such as banners, email templates, and social media ads that align with campaign objectives.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design and optimize web pages and digital campaigns for lead generation and conversion.

Ensure all digital assets follow best practices for SEO, UX, and mobile-first design.

Use data and A/B testing to refine designs and improve conversion rates and user engagement.

Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence.

Requirements : Proven experience in Webflow design and development, with a portfolio showcasing responsive, high-converting websites.

Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles and performance-based design strategies.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script.

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Familiarity with SEO and UX best practices for optimizing digital experiences.

Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing is a plus.
