Job Description :

We are looking for a highly-skilled Webflow Developer and Design to lead our website and digital marketing design efforts. You’ll own the end-to-end design process for web development using Webflow and create performance-driven marketing assets that fuel growth. This is a critical role for someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical expertise to create high-converting, user-friendly digital experiences. We need a results-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and optimize responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow , ensuring seamless functionality across devices.
  • Create visually compelling marketing assets such as banners, email templates, and social media ads that align with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design and optimize web pages and digital campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure all digital assets follow best practices for SEO, UX, and mobile-first design.
  • Use data and A/B testing to refine designs and improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence.


Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Webflow design and development, with a portfolio showcasing responsive, high-converting websites.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles and performance-based design strategies.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO and UX best practices for optimizing digital experiences.
  • Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing is a plus.
