We’re the rocket fuel for startups across the globe, helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life through beautiful, high-quality software products (web/mobile).We’re now looking for a creative Content Marketer to tell our story, engage our audience, and amplify our brand across multiple platforms.What You’ll DoContent Creation & Storytelling : Write blogs, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, and LinkedIn posts that highlight our services, culture, and tech expertise.Social Media & Video Content : Ideate and create engaging reels, short-form videos, memes, and culture snippets that showcase life at F22 Labs.Campaign & Strategy : Build and own a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.Brand Building : Shape F22 Labs’ voice across platforms ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.SEO & Growth Content : Optimize content for discoverability while driving engagement and leads.Collaboration : Work closely with tech and marketing teams to translate complex ideas into relatable stories.Experiment & Innovate : Spot new content opportunities (AI tools, podcasts, tech trends, events coverage) and test creative formats.What We’re Looking ForA graduate degree in any stream.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for simplifying complex ideas.Creative eye for visuals + comfort with tools like Canva, Figma, and video editing software .Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content scheduling, and CMS.Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics to measure impact.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.A natural curiosity about tech, startups, and culture with the ability to turn them into engaging narratives.Bonus Points If You HaveCovered/attended tech events and know how to distill them into shareable insights.Played around with AI tools (yes, we love ChatGPT users) .A sense of humor and love for creating relatable office memes.Perks & BenefitsFlexible work timings.Medical insurance for you & your immediate family.A culture of learning, experimentation, and creativity.A front-row seat to the storytelling journey of a fast-growing tech company.Our Selection ProcessTask Round – Content samples + a short video task.HR Discussion .Final Interview .Ready to shape and amplify the voice of F22 Labs?
