The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for both digital and print media, maintaining the company’s brand identity, and supporting video creation for marketing campaigns and webinars. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Core responsibilities:
Create Engaging Visual Content for Campaigns: Develop creative and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns.
Maintain high standards for quality and accuracy in every design project to ensure a professional outcome
Bring new and engaging visual ideas to align with branding guidelines and enhance brand image.
Produce and edit short, engaging videos for marketing, webinars, and product demos
Build strong relationships with other departments to deliver design work that meets cross-functional goals. Establish these collaborations within 3 months.
Identify inefficiencies in the design process and implement improvements to optimize delivery timeline
Stay updated on design trends and apply at least 3 new trends to company design output
Demonstrate responsibility for projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results with minimal supervision.
Work effectively with marketing, sales, and events teams to ensure smooth workflow and understanding of design requirements.
What does the candidate require for this role?
3-4 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on both digital and print media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design): Essential for creating professional-quality designs.
Video Editing Skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro): Required to create and edit video content for marketing.
Understanding of Design Principles (Typography, Color Theory, Layout): Necessary to ensure high-quality, visually balanced designs.
Experience with Social Media Design & Digital Marketing Trends: Helps create impactful visuals that align with current digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work closely with the marketing team and other departments, ensuring alignment in visual messaging and brand consistency.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated with design trends and software updates, adapting designs to changing marketing needs.
