Seeking a Dynamic Graphic Designer to Shape Our Visual Identity in India Are you a creative visionary with a passion for visual storytelling? AAA Holdings, a rapidly growing food and beverage startup in India, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms.
Role Overview
As our Graphic Designer, you'll be at the forefront of our visual communication strategy, creating compelling designs that captivate and inspire our audience. You'll work closely with our management team to develop innovative concepts that align with our brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design Creation
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, packaging, and social media content
Develop brand identity elements, including logos, colour schemes, and typography
Design user interfaces for our website and mobile applications
Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the management team to create graphics that support campaigns and promotional activities
Design infographics to make complex ideas more accessible to our audience
Create visuals for presentations, reports, and other internal communications
Photography
Capture high-quality photographs of our products, events, and team for use in marketing materials
Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet our brand standards
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with web developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design across all platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
· Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility in design
· Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
· Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media
· Basic photography and photo editing skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in UI/UX design for websites and mobile applications
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
· Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics
· Experience in food and beverage industry design is a plus
