Crystal Solutions is a leading International Recruitment Service Provider for last 30 Years.We have an opening for a Sr Sharepoint Developer with one of our prestigious client in Cochin.Details of opportunity is as mentioned belowPosition: Senior Power BI Developer – Reporting, Dashboard Development & Integration SpecialistJob Type: Full-Time (Onsite-Cochin)Experience : 8-10 YearsPreferred Joining: Immediate to 30 DaysRole Overview:We are currently looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong skills in reporting, dashboard development, and hands-on expertise in Integration. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience designing scalable Power BI solutions and working with Data Warehouse Systems to enable seamless data integration and transformation. Immediate joiners are preferred.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.Use Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service to build scalable BI solutions supporting various business functions.Perform data modeling and data mapping to support accurate and meaningful reporting.Automate and optimize reporting workflows for timely delivery of insights.Integrate and manage data from various sources including Snowflake , SQL databases, and cloud platforms.Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and convert complex data into actionable visualizations.Utilize Microsoft Fabric components for building scalable data pipelines and managing data integration.Ensure data quality, governance, and security throughout the data lifecycle in Microsoft Fabric environments.Develop ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various business systems into BI platforms.Work with SQL and relational databases to optimize data for reporting and analytics.Partner with stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to align BI solutions with business objectives.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to users to enhance Power BI adoption.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and BI best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field.8-10 years of proven experience in Power BI reporting, dashboard development, and data modelling.Strong expertise in data modelling , data mapping , and integration techniques .Strong skills in DAX, Power Query M, and data modelling concepts.Experience with SQL and relational database management.Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with Azure Data Services such as Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory.Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and automation.Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric certifications.If interested, kindly share your updated CV to along with the following details.Current Salary:Expected Salary:Notice Period:Thanks and RegardsSoumya SeenikTeam Lead - Global Talent Acquisition SpecialistCrystal Solutions Ltd.30 Years of Recruitment Service ProviderEmail :
