Armstrong Dematic is looking for seasoned project managers to join our awesome team This opportunity will give you exposure to all levels in organization. You will be interacting with clients to understand their requirements and work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that the work we do bring value to the client

Key responsibilities:
To manage individual projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, to the agreed scope and meet the customers’ agreed specification and Armstrong’s quality expectations.
Issue weekly reports to inform customer about project progress, identifying significant problem areas and with updated schedule.
Deal with the customer on all contractual matters, including risks, opportunities & change management.
Maintain and implement an up to date project time schedule, this has to indicate clearly the critical path of activities and any deviations from plan.
Co-ordinate and check all technical interfaces and activities. Ensure design meets project requirements, with engineering support.
Manage internal as well as customer FAT’s
Create appropriate customer handover documentation
Management of all personnel on site including sub-contractors
Management of EHS policy, Statuary compliance.
Prepare detailed test protocols and commissioning plans & ensure it’s completed within time.
Ensure smooth transfer of project to service for warranty support.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering or related field
10 - 12 years of proven working experience in project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget & timeline
Experience with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proven interpersonal and team management skills
Good decision making and problem solving ability
Excellent communication skills
Drive to learn and up-skill
