Key responsibilities:To manage individual projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, to the agreed scope and meet the customers’ agreed specification and Armstrong’s quality expectations.Issue weekly reports to inform customer about project progress, identifying significant problem areas and with updated schedule.Deal with the customer on all contractual matters, including risks, opportunities & change management.Maintain and implement an up to date project time schedule, this has to indicate clearly the critical path of activities and any deviations from plan.Co-ordinate and check all technical interfaces and activities. Ensure design meets project requirements, with engineering support.Manage internal as well as customer FAT’sCreate appropriate customer handover documentationManagement of all personnel on site including sub-contractorsManagement of EHS policy, Statuary compliance.Prepare detailed test protocols and commissioning plans & ensure it’s completed within time.Ensure smooth transfer of project to service for warranty support.

What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering or related field10 - 12 years of proven working experience in project managementProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget & timelineExperience with project management software tools, methodologies and best practicesStrong organizational and leadership skillsProven interpersonal and team management skillsGood decision making and problem solving abilityExcellent communication skillsDrive to learn and up-skillLocation - Nashik, Pune
