This role is about creating an inspiring, immersive, and consistent in-store experience that reflects our identity, engages customers, and drives sales.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies across stores and pop-up formatsDesign and refresh window displays, in-store layouts, mannequin styling, and POS visualsCollaborate with marketing and design teams to translate seasonal campaigns into physical experiencesEnsure consistency of brand presentationUse sales data and shopper behavior insights to guide visual merchandising decisionsCoordinate with store operations and inventory teams to ensure merchandising supports availability and sell-throughQualifications and Requirements:4 – 6 years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising within fashion or lifestyle retailStrong understanding of retail design, spatial planning, and stylingAbility to balance creativity with commercial impactProficient in planning tools such as MS Excel and Google SheetsA strong aesthetic sense and deep interest in fashion and visual storytellingInterested candidates can share their updated resume along with CTC and notice period details at
