Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented critical thinker to join us as an Associate IT Compliance Administrator to support our internal compliance operations. This role is vital to ensuring clients' services meet regulatory and contractual obligations, and that our internal teams are aligned with documented procedures and standards.

The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across departments to maintain and improve compliance routines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Compliance Operations
  • Coordinate and track continuous staff training on controlled documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing technical operations of delivered services to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
  • Confirm headcount and seat count of delivered products and services for accuracy and documentation.
  • Document and maintain routine evidence of compliance for internal and client-facing audits.
  • Address and advise on compliance-related escalations from team members, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Process & Systems Support
  • Develop and maintain systems (manual and automated) for tracking compliance routines.
  • Ensure consistent execution of compliance tasks and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess compliance implications of changes and new initiatives.
  • Support change control and project management processes with a compliance lens.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT compliance, audit support, or related administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, FINRA, or GDPR is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other business productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with compliance tracking systems or GRC platforms.
  • Understanding of IT service delivery models and managed services.
  • Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements to technical environments.
  • Prior exposure to cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
