Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to drive the growth of campaigns in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of international campaigns across diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis:

• Identify and evaluate potential international markets for campaigns.

• Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Client Acquisition & Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and partners in international markets.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Campaign Development & Execution:

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement campaigns tailored to specific goals.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed revenue targets by expanding client base and enhancing campaign performance.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Provide feedback to improve campaign strategies and product offerings.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, campaign performance, and market insights.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in digital marketing or International Affiliate campaigns.

• Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
