As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team and help us drive business expansion. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive growth and foster long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with at least one year of relevant experience in B2 B Saa S, Web development, and digital marketing services. You will play a key role in nurturing leads, upselling services, and offering exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support and address client inquiries promptly. Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities through direct and indirect sales channels. Upsell Web development and digital marketing services to incoming leads and existing clients. Leverage B2 B channels for lead generation, including Linked In, industry forums, and other digital platforms. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose customized solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Build and present proposals tailored to client needs and requirements. Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities. Offer demos and introductions to clients via Zoom calls, ensuring a clear understanding of the services offered. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer needs to inform business development activities. Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports and insights to the management team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computers or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2 B Saa S, business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or IT sector. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Proficiency in leveraging B2 B channels for lead generation and sales. Experience in proposal building, customer follow-ups, and offering demos/introduction calls. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
