Build and scale the core backend infrastructure that powers the AI customer service agents

Write highly scalable, production-ready Python code (Django experience a big plus)

Architect backend services and infra for massive enterprise-grade scale

Deploy and manage systems on AWS or GCP with a focus on speed and reliability

Take high ownership: drive projects from design to deployment in a startup environment

5+ years of backend engineering experience with deep Python expertise (Django a plus)

~ Strong cloud skills (AWS or GCP), with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker

~ Proven track record of building and scaling infrastructure in production

~ Prior startup experience or evidence of end-to-end ownership (founder, early team member, or shipped independent projects)

~ CS degree or equivalent professional foundation

~ Bonus: experience in high-velocity, high-ownership teams (startups, top-tier tech, or quant firms)
