As Copy Supervisor, you will lead a team of Copywriters in delivering best-in-class social media content and ongoing BAU communications for a roster of brands. You’ll both supervise the creative & quality of brands and own writing for select brands. You will also collaborate directly with clients to shape and sell content plans and continually feed fresh campaign ideas to keep brands ahead of the curve. You will also be part of Pitches routinely and contribute to the effort of getting new brands on board. Own end-to-end copy for a few brands (social posts, short-form scripts, digital ads). •Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice, tone, and strategic objectives. •Review and polish team-produced copy for quality, consistency, and impact. Client Engagement & Content Planning •Lead content-plan discussions and pitch sessions with clients. •Understand brand goals, target audiences, and performance metrics to craft proposals. •Translate client briefs into comprehensive social content calendars and storytelling roadmaps. Mentor and guide a team of Interns/Copywriters. •Allocate social workloads fairly and manage capacity for select brands. •Conduct regular feedback sessions, writing reviews, and skill-building workshops.
