Inside Sales Representative – NamaSys (US Shift | Remote | High Incentives | Freshers & Experienced Welcome)

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive NamaSys’ growth in the US market. You will connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and set up introductory virtual meetings to expand our client base.

Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Manage opportunities in the sales pipeline and drive steady closures
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Strong verbal and written communication for remote client engagement
Consultative selling, active listening, and needs analysis skills
Proven experience in lead generation, qualification, and remote closures
Time management and self-motivation to thrive in a remote setup
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Undergraduates and 12th pass candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
Prior inside sales, telesales, or customer service experience with proven results preferred
Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and incentive-based structures
Comfortable working in a remote-first setup and US time zone
Freshers with excellent communication and motivation are welcome
