Bollywood Category MIS: To be the data backbone of the category, so as to solve choke points and facilitate content strategy across verticals: 1. To lead business intelligence in order to adequately support decisions to be taken by the content teams in the categor 2. Establish and maintain both centralized and business vertical centric data repository so as to enhance cross functional collaboration, strategic planning and business decisions w.r.t. Bollywood Category titles across all business verticals in Shemaroo 3. To liaise with and supervise relevant teams so as to streamline, align and timely update Bollywood data w.r.t. Inventory and Financials. To be the central point of contact for Bollywood Category to solve choke points on Inventory and Financial aspects in tandem with support functions including the teams of Acquisition, RMS, Legal, Finance, Central Strategy etc. and internal content teams 4. To take the lead in setting processes and implementation for Category Analytics, Revenue Forecasting, Inventory usage, etc. Insights & Analytics SPOC for Business Verticals: To aid the Category in providing thrust to Bollywood Category Titles across different business verticals of Shemaroo 1. Content Buying and data/insight backed acquisition logic, Movie Library and Inventory utilization focus across verticals of International and India Digital Syndication, Shemaroo Me, You Tube, Facebook and other verticals. Detailed analysis, data and insight backed reports to facilitate optimization of Hindi titles across business verticals 2. To set up a category-building approach from an analytics, data-led insights, research, and strategy point of view. 3. To track, maintain and give inputs for adherence to the AOP and achievement of targets. Stakeholder Management: 1. Coordinate across content acquisition, marketing, operations, studios, legal, accounts, Shemaroo Me, syndication and other verticals & departments to drive analytical and MIS objectives 2. Ensure smooth and error free process flow, solve choke points, and liaise with relevant teams to ensure efficient tactical operations for all projects undertaken across various teams within Shemaroo 3. Facilitate support as a think tank to the overall Bollywood Category from a data analysis, process adherence and maximizing title usage pov.
