Campaign Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.- Translate business objectives into clear KPIs, ensuring data-driven optimization and performance measurement.- Partner with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to build integrated campaign plans.Execution & Optimization- Manage campaign set-up, implementation, pacing, and daily optimization to drive ROI and efficiency.- Ensure platform best practices are followed (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon, etc.).- Monitor delivery, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations based on performance insights.Analytics & Reporting- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and present performance reports to clients.- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Campaign Manager 360, and other attribution platforms.- Work closely with the analytics team to implement advanced measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, incrementality tests).Client & Stakeholder Management- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for performance campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.- Partner with media publishers, tech platforms, and Groupe specialist units (e.g., Performics, Digitas) to drive innovation.- Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend test-and-learn initiatives.Required Skills & Experience- 4-5 years of experience in performance media or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.- Hands-on experience with Google & Meta platform.- Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.- Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).- Excellent client servicing, presentation, and communication skills.- Certification in Google Ads / Meta / Programmatic platforms preferred.
