Job Description – Proposal Writer (Federal RFPs)

Location: Remote (US-Based)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are a growing US-based firm that partners with federal agencies and commercial clients to deliver impactful solutions. As we expand our presence in the federal contracting space , we are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer with a strong background in US government RFPs to join our team.

The Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing compliant, compelling, and well-structured proposals for US federal opportunities. Write and edit proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and compliant .

Maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.

3+ years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts .

~ Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.

~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

~ APMP certification or Shipley methodology training.

Experience supporting proposals across multiple industries (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.).
