Issue Analysis
~ Perform first-level troubleshooting of user-reported issues by analyzing system functionality and reviewing historical data to identify root causes and determine resolution or escalation paths.

Proactive Monitoring:
~ Implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions to identify potential problems before they escalate.

Performance Optimization:
~ Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.

Automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Working closely with development, operations, and other teams to ensure system reliability.

Deep knowledge in handling Ticketing, CRM & Post Sales Support suites like Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot or other equivalent suites
Standard proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++.
Experience in using and managing cloud telephony services such as ZoomPhone
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques.
Experience in ERP, Inventory Management and Hardware
Standard knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

Work Location – HQ, Indiranagar, Bangalore (Hybrid Work)
Experience - 3-6 yrs
Working hours - US business hours (Pacific Time), 6 days a week (6pm to 3am IST)
