The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students and guardians, explaining educational programs, and addressing inquiries. Proficiency in telecalling techniques, customer service, and persuasive communication Basic knowledge of computer operations and record-keeping Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or academic admissions is a plus Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati is preferred
