Strategy Planning & Execution:• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic roadmap for partnerships and new alliances• Drive lead generation and referrals through partnerships• Develop business cases for new initiatives, including ROI modeling and risk assessmentsRelationship and Stakeholder Management:• Build, nurture, manage and expand long-term relationships with key strategic partners.• Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related communications, escalations, and negotiations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, finance) to ensure successful on-boarding andongoing management of partnerships.• Coordinate with design, procurement, and marketing teams to activate partnerships and joint campaignsP&L Ownership• Manage and be accountable for the P&L of assigned business lines or strategic initiatives.• Drive revenue growth and optimize costs to ensure profitability• Monitor financial metrics, forecasting, and budget adherence; course-correct as needed to meet targetsPerformance & Reporting:• Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, including ROI, engagement, and impact on business growth.• Track and measure the performance of partnership initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.• Identify and resolve issues impacting partnership success; continuously optimize strategies to improve outcomesMarket Intelligence:(business planning)• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.• Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the organization and build strategic connections.Team Leadership & Collaboration• Lead a high-performing team of KAM executives• Provide coaching, performance management, and career development support• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and resultsEXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS• MBA from Tier 1/ 2 colleges• 3+ years of relevant experience in Alliance and Partnership market• Strong Business Acumen with analytical mindset• Strong ability to work independently and with a team• Excellent interpersonal skills• Goal oriented• Exceptional problem-solving skills• Ability to think strategically• Excellent time management and prioritization skills• Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
