JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : AI Consultant
Job Location: Noida
Duration : 1 year
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for leading projects, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and utilizing cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems across structured and unstructured data. The role involves driving the design, architecture, and scalability of AI systems while ensuring models are interpretable and aligned with business objectives. Additionally, the candidate will spearhead research, prototyping, and the application of generative AI in various contexts.
Essential Functions:
The candidate will perform the following key functions:
- Lead the development and implementation of complex AI-ML/Generative AI pipelines for model development, monitoring and management.
- Work cross functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand the technical requirements to define implementation of AI/ML solutions.
- Spearhead research, prototyping and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions for diverse applications.
- Apply cutting edge ML, AI and Deep learning to stores of unstructured and structured data, using best practices to drive maximum business outcomes.
- Drive the design and architecture of AI systems, ensuring high scalability, performance and reliability.
- Provide interpretation of models generated, in a simple and understandable manner.

Required Education
Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Required Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML consulting or a similar role, preferably within the social sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful development and application of machine learning models in real-world scenarios.
- Experience in deploying predictive models at scale to production levering large and unstructured datasets.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL).
- Experience with deep learning, natural language processing and understanding of evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Stata).
- Should also be able to reflect upon fairness, bias and transparency in ML models.
