We’re looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to onboard real estate developers, builders, and brokerage firms, helping them experience the power of AI-driven property insights.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and onboard new real estate partners (developers, builders, and brokerages) in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region.Value Pitch: Present LandsZo’s AI/ML-powered platform that enhances sales efficiency, provides actionable insights, and delivers qualified leads.Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end process — from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and successful partner onboarding.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued success and engagement on the platform.Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and listing targets.Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer — share insights and feedback with product and tech teams to improve user experience.Networking: Represent LandsZo at real estate events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network and brand visibility.What We're Looking ForExperience: 2-3+ years of proven B2B or SaaS sales experience.Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market (highly preferred).Experience in PropTech , real estate , or startup environments is a big plus.Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Hunter Mindset: Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented — thrives on closing deals and building partnerships from scratch.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
