This is a full-time Patent Associate role located on-site in South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with Patent drafting, IPR prosecution, attending client meetings, and providing assistance in IP office and Court proceedings, whenever required.

Engineering/Science Degree (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Physics)- from a reputed University
PQE- 1 Year as a Patent Analyst, Patent Attorney or Patent Engineer at reputed organisation
Excellent research and writing skills
Experience with Patent drafting, IP registration and IP laws of India
Excellent in written and verbal English

Bachelor of Laws/LL.B/Advocate/LLM
Experience in technology law
