Website: link: are looking for a passionate and driven Travel Operations Executive with 1-3 years of experience in FIT or customized travel who aspires to build a long-term career in the premium travel segment . The ideal candidate is a travel enthusiast with a keen eye for detail, exceptional client relationship skills, and a commitment to curating exclusive, high-end travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences , needs, and expectations.
Design and manage end-to-end high-end, customized travel itineraries , including luxury accommodations, exclusive tours, private transfers, and unique experiences, and their flight & visa queries.
Prepare travel packages and sharing accurate cost proposals with clients.
Build strong relationships with premium travel suppliers , hotels, DMCs, and concierge services to source exclusive options and value-added benefits.
Provide exceptional pre-travel, on-trip, and post- travel support to ensure a seamless and memorable journey.
Actively research on product improvement and improve knowledge on the best-selling regions of the company.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience with an FIT (Free Independent Travel) or customized travel company
Knowledge & network with luxury and premium B2B travel partners is a plus
Passion for luxury travel and an understanding of high-end client needs and expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with premium clients and luxury partners.
Proficiency in travel booking tools , GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), or CRM platforms is a plus
Ability to craft personalized, detail-oriented itineraries for discerning travelers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
A proactive , customer-first approach to delivering world-class service.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience working with premium or luxury travel brands.
Certification in luxury travel or destination-specific courses is a plus.
