This is a player-coach role where you will lead a team of 4-7 engineers while remaining deeply hands-on with architecture, design, and code.You will take full ownership of the product's technical direction, drive engineering excellence, and ensure the delivery of a stable, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade solution.
