Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in various global markets in the IT services industry.
2. Develop and execute global marketing strategies that are tailored to different regions and markets, considering cultural difference and market nuances and align with company's overall objectives.
3. Create detailed marketing plans and budgets for each market, considering market-specific factors.
4. Manage the brand's global image and ensure it resonates with the target audience in diverse regions. Develop and maintain a consistent brand message while adapting to cultural and regional differences.
5. Develop and implement product marketing strategies that cater to global market needs and demands.
6. Oversee the creation of compelling and culturally sensitive marketing content, including digital, print, and multimedia materials.
7. Plan and execute global marketing campaigns that engage and convert customers across various regions.
8. Utilize digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to reach and engage a global audience. Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
9. Identify new market opportunities and develop market entry strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches and expansions.
10. Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve ROI goals. Establish KPIs and performance metrics for global marketing campaigns. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
11. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure the team is aligned with global marketing goals and objectives.
12. Stay informed about international marketing regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to global legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience of minimum 10 years in the field of marketing in IT services industry and with at least 7 years as a Marketing Manager in a global marketing role.
3. In-depth knowledge of global markets, consumer behaviour, and cultural sensitivity.
4. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Multilingual abilities or international market expertise is a plus.
