Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive / Jr Manager – API Sales & Marketing (CIS)Experience: Around 2-5 years of experience in API Sales & Marketing (CIS / Russia / other international markets)Location: HyderabadJob Description:We are seeking a result-oriented professional to handle API Sales & Marketing operations for Russia and other CIS markets , involving direct customer interaction, sales responsibility and coordination with internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete sales cycle for API products in CIS / Russia marketsHandle customer communication, negotiations, and relationship managementWork closely with the Regional head and Sales Managers for business planning and executionResponsible for sales orders, supply coordination, dispatches, and receivablesTrack payments and ensure timely collectionsPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insightsSupport new business development and market expansionCoordinate with production, logistics, regulatory, and finance teamsEnsure adherence to export documentation and company policiesKey Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of API international salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, well-groomed, and customer-centricGood negotiation and follow-up skillsProficiency in MS Office toolsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or BusinessExperience in international trade/export documentationExposure to CIS market regulations and practices
