This role is within CEG Strategic Vendor Management team will support third party reporting and special projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to oversee our data processing, management, and analysis responsibilities. The Analyst will interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations based upon the research findings. The analyst will work closely with teams within the business or the management team to review third party inventory, ensure third parties are under the right governance path and clean up inventory. The candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and experience in data interpretation and reporting. Responsibilities include:Establish standard operating procedures, process documents and oversight governance for third party relationships including maintaining an inventory – What do you think about add this on? Collect and interpret data from various sourcesAnalyze and report the results from data analyses to management and key stakeholdersDevelop and implement databases and data collection systemsEnsure data integrity by cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformityDesign and create data reports using reporting toolsTransform raw data into understandable and actionable informationIdentify patterns and trends within data setsAssist in decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data reportsDesign business analysis and dashboard for use throughout the departmentRegularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughoutAccurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reportsCreate business reports that provide insight into key data pointsCommunicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to stakeholdersQualifications:Required Attributes:Strong communication and negotiation skillsDetail orientated with high levels of accuracy and productivitySelf-motivated with high degree of personal accountability, ability to work independently, and between cross-functional internal and external groupsFlexible approach and ability to ‘think outside the box’Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and pivot quickly in an ever-changing environmentStrong relationship management skills as dealing with multiple stakeholders / partners and third-party vendorsFlexibility and enthusiasm to take special projects and collaborate to drive success for the teamRequired Qualifications:Understanding of the Third-Party Lifecycle Management process and requirements highly preferredPrior relevant work experience in data reporting Technical knowledge of reporting platformsProficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills with ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment with evolving business needsStrong written and verbal communication and relationship building skillsAbility to build relationships, participate in cross functional teams and work independently in a highly matrixed organizationWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
