About the Role:

Review all processes in the loan life cycle, identify gaps and suggest tech-driven solutions/ improvements to mitigate risks. Create SOPs for all key processes and lending workflows. Review existing credit policies and create afresh for new financial products. Monitor and in-depth analysis of the credit portfolio to identify risks and suggest policy changes. Ensure implementation of risk management policies and conduct training that may be required. Prepare risk review presentation for Senior Management & Board Meetings. Closely work with the Tech and Analytics teams to drive process change/automation. Identify growth opportunities based on identifying low-risk pools in the existing portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Review all processes in the loan life cycle, identify gaps and suggest tech-driven solutions/ improvements to mitigate risks.
  • Create SOPs for all key processes and lending workflows.
  • Review existing credit policies and create afresh for new financial products.
  • Monitor and in-depth analysis of the credit portfolio to identify risks and suggest policy changes.
  • Ensure implementation of risk management policies and conduct training that may be required.
  • Prepare risk review presentation for Senior Management & Board Meetings.
  • Closely work with the Tech and Analytics teams to drive process change/automation.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on identifying low-risk pools in the existing portfolio.


Qualifications:

CA/MBA (T1 & T2)

2-3 years of experience in process audits & risk analysis.

Candidates working in Risk Advisory, Governance Risk & Compliance functions of large audit Consultancy firms will be preferred.

Comfortable in working in a fast evolving and agile environment


Required Skills:

  • Analytical thinking ability.
  • Ability to analyze and derive insights out of large data sets.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Multiple stakeholder management and ability to build consensus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
