Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling IT products, software solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting services to new and existing clients.
  • Client Acquisition : Identify and target new business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstrations : Conduct product presentations and demos, highlighting the features and benefits of IT solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
  • Sales Proposals & Negotiation : Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Market Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales and offerings.
  • CRM Management : Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience : 2+ years of proven sales experience in IT sales (software, hardware, or IT services), with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Skills : Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.
  • Industry Knowledge : A solid understanding of the IT industry, including cloud computing, enterprise software, hardware, managed services, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree.
