Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motiv ated Marketing Manager to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives within the Federation Value Chain, with a specific focu s on Animal Husbandry. This role will suit professionals with a strong background in agriculture, rural management, and value chain optimization. If you are passionate about driving impactful marketing strategies in the agricultural and animal husbandry sectors, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Federation Value Chain, aligning with overall business objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the value chain.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage end-to-end marketing activities, including branding, product positioning, promotional strategies, and market linkage.
Monitor and measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Drive innovation in marketing approaches to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction.
Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing plans.
Build strong relationships with partners and vendors to support marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
MBA in Rural Management(preferred)
Experience:
3–6 years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on value chain management and animal husbandry sectors.
Proficient experience in government projects specifically in NRLM and SRLM.
Language Preferred:
English
Hindi
Marathi
