Full Stack DevOps Engineer

About the Role: We’re looking for a Full Stack DevOps Engineer who combines software development expertise with strong DevOps and cloud infrastructure skills. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications while implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring high system reliability and performance. In addition, the candidate must have AI/ML experience , showcasing hands-on understanding of AI technologies, AI-driven automation, or experience integrating AI components into applications or workflows. Key Responsibilities 1. Full Stack Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate them with internal/external services. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences. Ensure application performance, maintainability, scalability, and security across the stack. Develop solutions using React, Angular, Vue.js, Express.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, etc. 2. DevOps & Cloud Engineering Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD. Implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi, CrossPlane. Deploy and operate applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement containerization (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift). Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog. Improve system performance, security, and reliability using automation and best DevOps practices. 3. AI Experience mandatory 4. Operations & Collaboration Participate in code reviews and DevOps/architecture discussions. Troubleshoot production issues ensuring stability, security, and high availability. Implement DevSecOps and compliance best practices (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA). Work effectively in cross-functional agile teams. Mentor junior engineers and optimize development/DevOps workflows. Skills Required Languages: Backend: Python, Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby, C# Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS Frameworks: Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js Backend: Express.js, Spring Boot, Flask, Django APIs: RESTful, GraphQL DevOps & Automation: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi Chef, Puppet, SaltStack Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP EC2, Lambda, VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53 S3, RDS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB Docker, Podman Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift Security & System: Linux administration, bash scripting Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) Secure coding & vulnerability scanning Testing: Jest, Cypress, PyTest, JUnit JMeter, k6, Locust Observability: PagerDuty, OpsGenie ELK, Fluentd, Splunk Soft Skills: Strong problem solving and analytical thinking Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams Excellent communication and mentoring skills Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and frameworks Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills: Serverless (Lambda, Azure Functions) GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD) AIOps for predictive analysis and automation SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgeting) Qualifications & Experience: 15 years of full-time education required. Minimum 12+ years of experience with strong DevOps and engineering background AI experience along with the required core skills is mandatory
