We are looking for a seasoned SDR professional to be a part of the inside sales team based out of our HQ in Hyderabad, India. You are expected to own building the sales pipeline through outbound channels to support the revenue goals of the business. Prospecting & Lead Generation : Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage with potential customers. Value Demonstrations: Collaborate with sales to schedule product demos for qualified leads. Ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team. CRM Hygiene Management: Enter accurate and up-to-date information about leads, activities, and interactions into the CRM. Track progress and update sales opportunities accordingly. Deal Closure Push : Partner with sales to navigate through the internal red-tape of the prospect and build multiple champions to bring the deal home. Sales : Partner with sales to hunt qualified opportunities, build pipeline, and close deals. Marketing: Work closely with marketing to align efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates. 3+ years in B2B SaaS in the inside sales function/SDR. (Experience Only India market ) ~ A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. ~ Comfortable using sales software and tools, including CRM systems and sales engagement platforms. ~
