About the Role
Swiggy Dineout is in its early stages of building and winning the dining-out category. We are unlocking massive opportunities across cities and customer segments, shaping how India discovers restaurants, experiences value, and celebrates food culture.
We are seeking a high-agency brand marketer who blends sharp strategy with strong creative judgement. This role sits at the intersection of 360 brand building, city marketing, creators, PR, and partnerships, with a clear line to business outcomes.
You will be instrumental in driving two high-impact charters:
Brand and IPs: Build the Dineout brand through national campaigns and repeatable IPs that drive awareness, consideration, and share of search.
City and Culture: Create city playbooks, festival moments, and on-ground experiences in collaboration with regional teams and Scenes.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy and Calendar
Define positioning, narrative, and annual brand calendar aligned to AOP and monthly plans. Build a clear moments map across festivals, city peaks, and cultural triggers. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across app, web, paid, social, PR, and partner assets.
360 Campaigns and Content System
Own integrated campaigns across film, digital, social, creator, PR, and experiential. Write tight briefs, run creative reviews, and ship assets on time with high quality. Integrate with performance marketing to drive brand search and efficient reach.
Creators, Social, and Community
Run an always-on creator engine and UGC pipeline with measurable outcomes. Build social storytelling that is native to platforms and moments. Track content efficiency, completion rates, and creator ROI.
City Marketing
Build city marketing playbooks with regional teams. Design on-ground activations, partner co-marketing toolkits, and Scenes integrations. Localize for languages and cultural cues without losing brand coherence.
PR, Partnerships, and Collaborations
Work with PR and comms on narratives, spokesperson materials, and earned media moments. Identify and execute brand collaborations with F&B, lifestyle, and cultural partners that unlock reach and relevance.
Agencies, Budgets, and Operations
Lead creative, media, PR, production, research, and event partners. Manage budgets, pacing, procurement, and timelines with clear ownership and documentation.
Preferred Experience
- 5–8 years in brand marketing at consumer tech, internet, or FMCG.
- Proven ability to ship integrated campaigns at scale with strong creative judgement.
- Cross-functional operator who can align with performance, product, CRM, storefront, and sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to craft sharp briefs and review creatives.
- High-agency, proactive, and outcomes-oriented with strong stakeholder and agency management.
Nice-to-Have
- Category exposure in food, QSR, hospitality, or lifestyle.
- Experience with brand x performance integration and brand search tactics.
