Federal bid experience will be rejected automatically. Lead capture planning for priority opportunities, including customer needs analysis, win strategy, teaming, and competitive positioning. Engage client executives to shape requirements, uncover pain points, and influence acquisition strategies. Support proposal development, including strategy, storyboarding, and content leadership for winning submissions. S Federal government business development, capture, or sales leadership within a professional services or technology firm. ~ Proven success managing the full business development lifecycle – pipeline, capture, proposal, and win. ~ S Federal opportunities ($5M–$50M+) in Agile DevSecOps, AI/ML, RPA, Cloud, Cyber, Analytics, and Digital Services ~ Experience leading multiple concurrent captures through Gate reviews, Black Hat, and solutioning. ~ Expertise in reading RFIs/RFPs, compliance matrices, bid/no-bid decisions, and protest analysis. ~ Strong teaming and partnership experience with primes, small businesses, and OEMs. ~
