Build and manage the engineering roadmap and infrastructure.You Might Be:- A full-stack or backend engineer with deep experience in building scalable web/mobile applications (Node.js, React, Python, etc.).- Passionate about IoT, AI/ML, or energy-tech platforms.- Eager to lead a tech team and make architecture decisions.- Comfortable in low-resource environments and rapid prototyping.Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Your Mission: Build and manage financial models, investor pitches, and funding strategies. Navigate grants, carbon credit financing, and green incentives.You Might Be:- Experienced in early-stage startup finance or renewable energy project funding.- Skilled in budgeting, fundraising, and compliance.- Comfortable working with equity-based compensation at the start.Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Your Mission: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies, build user trust, and create a brand that stands for sustainability and innovation.You Might Be:- An expert in digital marketing, branding, and growth hacking.- Able to create viral campaigns and community-driven impact.- A great communicator with a flair for storytelling and design.⚡ What We’re BuildingA scalable tech platform in the renewable energy space—connecting end users, vendors, financiers, and regulators to simplify clean energy adoption.
