Role Description
Position: Ecommerce Executive (E-Marketplace)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on Amazon and other E-Marketplace Platforms.
Create and optimize product listings across marketplaces, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and timely updates for pricing, promotions, and inventory.
Manage Purchase Orders, inventory planning, and coordinate shipment appointments across marketplaces.
Handle invoice submissions and resolve shipment discrepancies.
Work with cross-functional teams for smooth operations, including warehousing, logistics, and marketing.
Monitor and respond to customer queries, reviews, and order-related issues raised via marketplaces and support tools.
Arrange pickups, track shipments, and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely delivery across all marketplaces.
Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including GR forms, dispatch records, and PODs (Proof of Delivery).
Required Skills:
1. E-commerce listing experience
2. Proficient with Excel & MIS
3. Excellent Communication Skills
Logistics and Coordination experience would be a plus.
